Many of our clients start with the question.."What's the benefit of signing up for your Premier Service Agreement?"

We make bi-annual visits to your home or office. Every 6 months:

• Clean Condenser with Biodegradeable solution
• Add more coolant if needed
• Clean Electrical Components if necessary
• Check AMP draws on both compressor and fan motors
• Blow out drain lines and add Pan Tabs
• Check on cleanliness of blower assembly and evaporator coil
• 15% discount if anything needs to be replaced

Maintenance and Prevention

We would love the opportunity to stop by and visit with you. Our Premiere Service Contracts are not meant to scare you away...they are simply a way for us to help provide you with the best service possible. We have found with our Premiere Agreements that we have been able to prevent costly Unit replacement by catching things before there is a bigger issue.
